Description of Project: 

VPSL is a dynamic leadership development certificate program offered by Virginia Tech that is tailored to professionals at all levels within the public sector. This comprehensive program is designed to enhance leadership skills and address the evolving needs of state agencies.

The VPSL learning continuum is designed with participants’ professional experience in mind. Faculty-developed curricula address state agency-identified needs, and utilize trusted and researched assessment instruments, experienced and degreed human development professionals and trainers, and validated program materials.

3 Levels: 

VPSL I – Intended for front-line or recently promoted managers

VPSL II – Intended for emerging leaders 

VPSL III – Intended for organization executives
