"Yes- there is something for everyone in VPSL! I don't directly supervise anyone, however you learn that being a supervisor does not equate to being a leader. Additionally, we all work with people and with the purpose of serving those within the Commonwealth. The skills taught in VPSL easily translate into all of our work life." - DBHDS VPSL Graduate
"I definitely will and have been since graduating the program. VPSL gave me the opportunity to step outside of my comfort zone and interact with others that share similar struggles within the workplace. These workshops are definitely needed, and I encourage each new hire class to participate if given the opportunity." - Samantha McCloy, DBHDS VPSL Graduate
