Our Vision
The Virginia Management Fellows program serves as a nationally recognized management and leadership succession pipeline program that equips college graduates interested in state public service with the knowledge and capacities to lead successfully in today’s complex governing environment.
Our Mission
To provide VMF program participants with public employment experiences integrated with carefully crafted learning, mentoring, and personal growth opportunities that equip them with capacities for service as vital state employees and leaders of the Commonwealth’s workforce.
